Hi, I’m Lacey Ann Carias, a hairstylist, mom, wife, business owner. My journey began with sights on a business degree, but my passion soon shifted towards the hair and beauty industry. Shortly after moving to Charlotte I pursued a cosmetology license from the prestigious Aveda Institute of Charlotte. I planted my heels at Modern salon and spa for 10 years. I was able to hone in on unique hair cutting techniques and special blonding formulations. I learned first hand how to create transformative looks while keeping clients hair integrity top priority. My favorite looks to create are beach blonde babes, sun kissed hair placement, shiny rich brunettes, long layers, and bouncy blowouts. Consultation is extremely important to me as I understand that hair is one of our most important accessories. I believe continued education is essential.
